However, in order to receive these fantastic promotions, the resort developers do have some restrictions. Some requirements may vary, but typically the Cocoa Beach Package includes:
Participants must be over the age of 25.
Participants that are married or co habitating: Both partners must be traveling together and attend the presentation together (cohabitating couples must provide proof of same address.)
Two forms of identification are required for check-in at the presentation: Valid driver's license, state issued ID card or Passport AND a valid credit card..
Participants must have a combined household income of $50,000/annually or higher.
Participants must reside in one of the following states: Colorado, Connecticut, D.C, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Vermont, Virginia, and Wisconsin.

 

Also, remember just one single person or couple traveling has to meet the requirements, but the rest of the party is always welcome to enjoy the presentation to become familiar with the resort and enjoy the breakfast, brunch, or lunch.
